Except that is almost never going to happen.  No, that is not right, it is never going to happen.

YouTube

Just 4% of YouTube videos account for 94% of the views on the platform.

Tiktok

5% of the videos on TikTok generate 89% of the views.

Instagram

On Instagram, 3% of the videos earn 84% of the views.

Podcasts

There are millions of podcasts, but 50% of America  listens to just the top 25.

Spotify

There are over 9 million artists on Spotify.  Less than 1% of them make up 85% of the streams.

Social media works just like the lottery.  Yes, one person, Edwin Castro, won the $2.04 billion Powerball.  But that $2.04 billion was created from the losses of everyone else, maybe even you.  If we all learned in grade school that matter is neither created or destroyed, why don’t we think about where the trillions of dollars these companies are worth comes from?  We gave it to them.

Do you want to know how to reach your customers?  Build a fan base?  It’s not hard, and it’s not impossible.   But it takes work, and it takes time.

Here is what you do -> Get a website where you can build a Permission Base.  Get people to give you permission to talk to them.  Then talk to them.  It takes a while.  It takes work.  But…it works.

Or, as of today, the Powerball is $207 million.  Either way works, but getting, growing and owning your own Permission Base may have slightly better odds of success.
